What is the ASNNU?

The Associated Students of Northwest Nazarene University (ASNNU) is the group of all undergraduate students who pay student fees each semester. There are many benefits that come from being a member of the ASNNU, including free admission to most of our social events, the ability to start or join a student club, opportunities for student leadership at the class and general level, access to wellness and counseling services, and more!

We offer a variety of opportunities for students to get involved in leadership and service organizations both on and off campus. Students helping students. Students serving their peers.

Some Benefits For Members of the ASNNU

Members of the ASNNU will receive:
  • A copy of the Oasis Yearbook
  • Discount on Nampa Rec Center Pass (semester/summer)
  • Voting privileges in all student elections (specific to a student's grade/year)
  • Ability to start a club or student-led organization on campus
  • Access to Senate meetings

What is SGA?

The Student Government Association is comprised of multiple levels: an executive branch, a legislative branch, and a judicial branch. Every class also has officers with unique responsibilities and opportunities to serve. You can find out more about the job roles in the documents below, and more general information can be found here.

These documents serve as a guide to maintain a healthy and vibrant student government. They are available as a PDF download.
