Olsen Apartments

About Olsen: Olsen is a collection of six identical two-story apartment buildings, each consisting of four apartments each. Olsen is upperclassmen housing, with groups of four male or female students occupying each unit. The apartments sit between Corlett Hall, the soccer field and the tennis courts near the athletic track. A detached laundry room and individual storage space for each apartment is also a part of the facility.

Olsen apartments are fully equipped as two-floor individual units. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower are upstairs, with a full kitchen, hall closet, living and dining space located downstairs. Each bedroom includes:

  • Two chairs
  • Built-in closets 
  • Window blinds
  • Air conditioning


Olsen and Kirkeide apartments have combined staff and events. Some of these events include weekly Sunday night activities such as: making mini pizzas, Legos, BBQ, crafts, yard games, food truck and Flying M coffeehouse event and a white elephant Christmas party.
